You will select an existing business on which to base your response. The company that you choose does not have to be a large, well-known corporation, but it can be. You might choose the local car maintenance shop you have been doing business with for years. You might choose a new dry cleaning establishment in your neighborhood, or a small business for which you are working. The objective of this assignment is to utilize the content from the course to develop ideas for the following:

Part 1: Relating CRM back to corporate mission, vision and goals

How does the company utilize CRM to meet their goals? You will want to note the company mission, vision, goals and then identify how their CRM program helps meet those goals.

Part 2: Personal Application

Describe at least one situation in which you recognized either a technology component or loyalty component of the company's CRM program that we have discussed in this course. Relate this experience back to at least two of the following concepts from the course: Customer Lifetime Value, Customer Databases & Analytics, Loyalty Programs and Segments, Customer Centricity and/or Social CRM.
