(Microsoft Excel)

How do I organize the age entries in the spreadsheet into age groups? The age groups are 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70-72. Not sure if I need to create a PivotTable or use a formula, and I'm not really sure exactly how to do either.
