Instructions Consider a logistics business. Prepare a general umbrella strategy for the company. That is write its mission and vision and write a couple $(3-4)$ long term strategic objectives. Based on those objectives prepare a strategy for the IT department.

Prepare long term objectives.

For each long term objective set medium term targets.

For each medium term target came up with short term targets.

So you shall have a tree of objectives.

Meanwhile state how you will reach those objectives and what resources will be needed and how you will provision those resources.
