Midterm Individual Reflection Paper

Summer $2024$

Students should write a paper reflecting on their experience and knowledge gained from the course and about human resources management in general with original content. The purpose of this assignment is to present your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in the course, but it is not a research assignment therefore information sourced from the textbook, or the internet will not be granted marks.

The midterm individual reflection paper is due on Friday, June $21,2024,$ by the end of the day. The reflection paper must be uploaded to the Elearning portal in order to be marked.

Please be sure to include the following information:

$$ Describe your intellectual and emotional response to the field of HR to date.

$$ Provide examples of how you have evaluated your prior perceptions, actions, or beliefs about human resources.

$$ Give examples of coursework, readings, or any assignments that influenced or improved your understanding of human resources management.

Papers will also be graded on writing style, grammar, spelling, and original content as detailed in the rubric for this assignment. The midterm individual reflection paper is due on Friday June $21,2024,$ by the end of the day.

The body of the paper must be $6-9$ pages $($typewritten and single$-$spaced$).$ The body of the paper is written using an $11$ font Ariel or Times Roman. This assignment is worth $20$ marks.
