For this discussion, we will look at a newer method of analyzing processes called process mining. Celonis is a tool that can analyze process data using powerful tools. If you are unfamiliar with SAP, the software can track actual activity for use in analysis. Another application would be analyzing click-stream data for website traffic. You can look at the Celonis website for more examples, or look up "process mining" online.
