- The deadline for submission of your report is on Monday 25th July 2022 at 3.00 pm. Please note that late submissions will not be marked.
- You are required to submit your reassessment via Turnitin online access. Hard copies or any other digital form of submissions (like via email or USB drive etc.) will not be accepted.
- Maximum word count is 2,500 words.
- Your report should be typed font size 12 and 1.5 line spacing. You must include a word count at the start of the report.

- An Introduction to part 1
- Project Selection. In this section you are required to evaluate each project proposal against the home appliances companys strategic corporate objectives using a priority screening analysis and clearly link the selected project with the must and want objectives according to Table 1. You need to review and critically justify your selected project (proposal) using appropriate project management theories, models and literature.
- Project structure and skills. You need to research and evaluate the required project management skills for the selected project using appropriate literature and provide your preferred project organisation structure (POS) supported by the literature.
- An Introduction to part 2
- Project brief & scope statement for the selected project in Part 1 (e.g. assumptions, objectives, deliverables, milestones, technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and constraints) supported by relevant references.
- Project work breakdown structure (WBS) and project Gantt Chart for the selected project in Part 1 using MS Project supported by relevant references. You need to develop a three levels WBS. Your Gantt chart should include a minimum of 10 activities and 4 deliverables, duration, predecessors, start and finish date, task name, outline number. (deliverables: e.g. market survey, design product components, initial production & test and validation)
- Network diagram for the selected project in Part 1 using MS Project supported by relevant references. You network diagram should indicate the critical path.
- Stakeholder assessment plan for the selected project in Part 1 for the selected project supported by relevant references. You need to identify a minimum of 8 stakeholder. You need to produce and analyze the stakeholder management plan. For analysis and planning of stakeholders, it is expected to apply project management tools, e.g., the power interest matrix, the stakeholder management plan (table), etc.
- Risk management plan for the selected project in Part 1 supported by relevant literature. You need to use a suitable templates (form and chart) that describes the risks clearly, shows the likelihood, impact, owner and approach (accept, transfer, mitigate etc) and identify a minimum of 8 key risks for the selected project.
- A clear evaluation of the project success factors. You require to evaluate a minimum of eight success factors for the selected project in Part 1 supported by relevant literature.
