Dear student

This tutorial letter contains the first compulsory assignment $($Assignment $01)$ for

MNG$2602$ and its due date $(3$ April$)$ for the first semester of $2024.$ Assignment $01$ is a

written assignment, which must be uploaded and submitted via myUnisa.

Please note that Assignment $02$ must be completed online on myUnisa. This

assignment will be open from $1$ March $2024$ until $30$ April $2024,$ closing at $23$:$00.$

$2$ ASSIGNMENT $01$

DUE DATE: $3$ APRIL $2024$

INSTRUCTIONS:

$$ This is a compulsory assignment, which you must submit to gain

examination admission.

$$ You must upload and submit the assignment via myUnisa.

$$ The assignment applies to the first semester only.

$$ The assignment deals with learning units $1$ to $6$ as these appear on myUnisa

under Lessons and in the study guide, as well as the corresponding chapters $(1$

to $6)$ of the prescribed book.

$$ The assignment comprises two sections: Sections A and B consist of ten

questions worth $40$ marks. Remember to include section C in this assignment,

which consists of a reflection, a list of references, and the declaration of

authenticity $($see Addendum A$)$ for an additional five $(5)$ marks $($which is worth

$11\%).$

SECTION A: INTEGRATED REPORT $[26$ MARKS$]$

The following seven questions are based on PEPKOR Holdings Limited's

integrated annual report $($IAR$)$ for $2022.$ You need to download the report to

answer the questions.

Instructions

Download and save the IAR on your desktop or in a folder, so that you can access it

easily. Once you have saved the IAR, open the report and answer the questions.

Each question refers to a heading and a page number. Page numbers refer to the

page number as indicated on the integrated report $($top right$).$ You do NOT have to

read the entire report; only refer to the specified sections.

We advise you to work with the electronic version of the integrated report, as it is a

lengthy document to print. Work on a laptop or computer, so that you can easily open

and navigate between two windows$/$browsers$.$

each of the five external stakeholders under either the general or the task

environment.
