Pools and lanes: This model should have $2$ pools $($one for the Starbucks employee and one for the customer$).$ Only prepare the activity model for Starbucks employee with message flows to the customer. Do not use any lanes in your model.

Process: A Starbucks customer entered the drive$-$through lane and stopped to review the menu. The employee asked the customer for their order. The customer ordered a venti coffee of the day and a blueberry muffin. The employee entered the order into the cash register. While the customer drove to the window, the employee filled a venti cup with coffee, put a lid on it$,$ retrieved a muffin from the pastry case, and put the muffin in a bag. The employee gave the customer the option to pay with cash, credit card, or Starbucks gift card. The customer paid with a gift card. The employee recorded the payment and returned the card to the customer along with a receipt. The employee handed the customer the coffee and the muffin.

Additional information: The coffee wasn't ready and took $5$ minutes to brew. Add an error event and a timer to model the delay in delivering the order to the customer.
