$$ An immediate external safety threat

$$ Disinformation intended to destabilize society

$1.$ Describe each specific threat in unambiguous terms

and assess the associated risk to the wearer with and

without the device, and then estimate the cost vs$.$

$2.$ Specify the devices partners and the CCI protocol for

each interface

$3.$ Specify the HCI which will provide acceptable SA of

both the wearer and the device
