Modify the program to compute the batch cost from last lecture to compute the total cost of the batch under the following conditions: $(1)$ if the batch has more than $100$ items, then the fixed cost should be increased by $50\%$; and $(2)$ the items in the batch can be chosen from two types $$regular$$ or $$high$-$quality$,$ if $$high$-$quality$$ is selected, then the unit cost should be doubled.
