Now you need to implement the strategy you have developed utilizing the criteria, measures, current values, and movement points of your SWEATT model.

• How would you implement the actions you have identified?
• What change process would you use, and how would you ensure that the implementation proceeds in a manner that provides the best possible chance of improved 1) patient care, 2) HIT user satisfaction, and 3) HIT use efficiency and effectiveness?

Be specific. For example, what type of training would you implement? Would there be HIT user evaluations? How would you periodically review the SWEATT model criteria?
