A. Divine Command Theory: "Imagine that an AI is programmed to make moral decisions based solely on divine command theory. How would it handle Euthyphro's Dilemmaspecifically, the challenge of whether morality is dictated by divine will or if divine beings recognize moral truths independently? Could an AI resolve this issue without relying on human reasoning, and what does this imply about the nature of morality?"

B. Psychological and Ethical Egoism: Explain the key differences between psychological egoism and ethical egoism, and critically evaluate which theory better accounts for human moral behavior. Do you think that the ethical egoist can successfully show that altruism is evil? Why or why not?

C. The Abortion Debate: Compare and critically assess the arguments of Don Marquis and Judith Jarvis Thomson on the morality of abortion, using your own moral intuitions which is (in some cases, abortion is morally permissible) and reasoning to evaluate which position is more persuasive and why. How do their differing views on personhood and rights shape their conclusions?
