For this assignment, you will create a PowerPoint presentation about managed care organizations. Prepare a PowerPoint presentation responding to the instructions below. Please save your file in .ppt format. Your response should be complete, and your final document should be at least eight (8) slides long (not including the title and reference slide) and should comply with APA writing requirements.

Instructions:

1. Create a PowerPoint presentation which looks at different types of managed care organizations and healthcare delivery models.
2. Please include the following in your presentation:
   1. Provide a description of the following managed care organizations. Include an explanation of key attributes for each type:
      • PPO - Preferred Provider Organization
      • HMO - Health Maintenance Organization
      • POS - Point of Service

      • TPA - Third Party Administrator

   2. Provide a description of the following healthcare delivery models. Include an explanation of key attributes for each type:
      • Integrated Healthcare System
      • Physician Hospital Organization
      • Accountable Care Organization
      • Independent Physician Practice
3. Your presentation should be at least eight (8) slides long (not including the title and reference slide).
   1. There should be at least one (1) slide for each managed care type and healthcare delivery model.
   2. Please also include a title slide and a reference slide.
4. Follow APA guidelines where applicable.
5. Submit your presentation to this assignment area.
