Module 2 Discussion

Purpose

The purpose of Module Two Discussion is to offer students an opportunity to demonstrate their familiarity with the environment projects operate within; enterprise environmental factors (EEFs), and organizational process assets (OPAs). As a means to an end, Module II Discussion challenges students to apply this knowledge and offer ways projects can benefit from project management, regardless of the environment the project operates within (external and internal challenges).

Instructions

Heagney Chapter 16 and PMBOK Chapter 2 is used to guide module two discussion.

Keep in mind that a substantive discussion posting is expected to satisfy the following three requirements: Task One (Chapter Summary) Present a summary including the general key points of Heagney, Chapter 16. Task Two (Heagney's "Project management Principles" ) Between pages 209 and 213, Heagney offers twenty-two suggestions of how to make project management principles work for your company. Select, and further examine THREE principles of your choice. Your discussion must interrogate, and expand on the selected "principles". Referencing the assigned videos is required.
