Overview

Situational analysis is an effective approach for assessing the internal and external factors that impede an organization's function at all levels. Within the context of situational analysis, the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) framework is highly recommended to get to the bottom of work process issues and devise a solution. In this course, you have begun the journey of decoding each step of this framework. Now is the time to reflect on what you have learned so far about PDCA.
