Using generative AI, create a job description for a job you are interested in obtaining after graduation. Within the query box, try to provide as much detail and as many prompts as possible to create the job description (e.g., job title, location, company size, company type, etc...). For example, you might enter something like, "Creaete a job description for a Safety Specialist for a large manufacturing firm in central Nebraska." The more information and detail you provide, the better. 2. Next, visit the job-search website Indeed (indeed.com). Using the Indeed search engine, look for a similar job title that you used to create the ChatGPT generated job description. For example, you might enter "Safety Specialist" for the job title and "Central Nebraska" for the location. Review the job description, job specifications, and salary information provided by the Indeed website. Based upon your review, answer the following questions: Questions: a. What similarities and differences did you find between the job description generated by ChatGPT vs. the job description provided by Indeed? b. As an HR manager, how would you use AI tools like ChatGPT to improve the efficiency of your department. c. How well qualified are you for the position you researched? What additional training and experience do you need for the position? d. How might you use this information in your job search/career?
