The case study should yield $3$ to $4$ pages with citations.

It's your first week on the job and the owner of the company $(20$ employees$)$ wants to stop paying for an expensive consulting service and hire a full time accountant to join the team. The CEO has no idea what the requirements of the job entail and wants you to create a job posting, recruit for the position, and help in the selection process. Keep in mind, the owner started this company in their garage and knows nothing about accounting. The CEO starts talking about job analysis and job specifications $($something they googled$)$ and is now very confused on what the differences are between all the "job" words.

$(1)$ describe the difference between job analysis, job description, job specification, and job evaluation $-$ their relationship to each other should also be discussed. Basically, define each one, note their importance, discuss how they related to each other.

$(2)$ provide a detailed plan and methodology for creating job descriptions and job specifications.

$(3)$ describe your detailed plan for housing job descriptions and specifications along with how you will ensure these job descriptions are kept up to date.
