Choose a quality improvement area in healthcare from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ Topics) (or an organizational issue you are working on) and articulate a specific problem for which you will develop steps of a quality improvement plan for solutions. Deliver a 5-7 minute video presentation to your peers including the following elements.

1. Introduction and background articulating the problem and indicating a problem gap that needs to be studied
2. Describe 2 two different quality improvement approaches that can be used to address your chosen problem. Be sure to include specific measures and appropriate measurement tools for each approach.
3. Share the key staff that need to be involved in the quality improvement initiative with specific attention to their roles and responsibilities.
4. Identify potential change management issues and methods to promote sustainable quality improvement changes.
5. Provide a conclusion that includes next steps if you were to implement this plan.
