Learning Outcomes: As you write, you will practice using flexible, culturally relevant, audience$-$specific language for a specific purpose and learn to negotiate and integrate ideas that differ from and$/$or challenge your own, while developing a writing project through multiple drafts.

Instructional Materials: Prior to beginning, be sure to review the Problem$-$Solution Proposal project description as well as your feedback on previous assignments.

Overview: For this drafting assignment, you will synthesize your thinking and research related to the solution you are proposing by writing a draft of your proposal. You will then submit this draft for feedback from your instructor and peers.

Note: You will be submitting your assignment twice $-$ once to the instructor review page $($this assignment page$)$ and a second time in the assignment submission space for peer reviews $($next page$).$ Both submissions are due on the
