In your sport organization (chosen for your group project), think about strategic goals across functional areas/ subdivisions. List at least 5 strategic goals from different functional areas. Briefly explain each strategic goal's tactic (i.e., how to achieve it, or action plan) For example. 1 strategic goals from finance dept., another strategic goals from marketing/game operation, another strategic goals from other divisions... (Different organizations address their own differentiated strategic goals, School athletic departmental strategic goals would be different from the NCAA strategic goals.) FYR. attached 2 athletic programs' strategic plans (D-1 \& D-1I). Governing body NCAA. Athietic conference, and even professional sport league will look similar. Use them as your template, but do not just copy and paste them into your paper.
