Monica and Chandler open a chain of fancy restaurants in the nicest areas in New York City, called MC Ritzy. The restaurant is very popular and all are always booked at least three months in advance. A family of five ("Family") made reservations months ago at one of MC Ritzy's restaurants located in the Tribeca neighborhood. Family arrived at the restaurant at the reserved date and time. They had a pleasant meal, paid, and left the server a hefty tip. As they were making their way out of the crowded restaurant, Mom slipped and fell on a wet spot on the floor in the restaurant, resulting in injuries. Mom asks MC Ritzy to cover her medical expenses.
