Monitoring the feasibility of the dissertation topic requires persistent attention to ensure a successful outcome. The considerations identified in the first discussion question will be monitored as the topic continues to develop. Resources to consider for my topic involve access to the survey(s), getting enough individuals to take the survey, and finances should any software need to be purchased for collection or analysis. Dedicating appropriate time towards the study development is also important because each phase requires a thorough undertaking. Maintaining the confidentiality of the participants and conducting research with integrity includes feasibly assessing the risks and benefits of participation. Ethical responsibility is applicable to each stage of the research process, no matter the methodology (Wellington et al., 2005, p. 104.)
