Mr. A entered into contract with Mr. B, for the sale of organic shampoo. Despite having

doubt, A told B that no chemical has been used in product. A agreed to buy only if product is

100% chemical-free. As a matter of fact, 30% chemical was used, which A misstated in order to

induce the B to enter into contract. Later B discovered the truth & sued A.

1- Discuss the legal status of the contract in detail.
