Mr. Rathi has joined Serenity Electronics Ltd. as General Manager, HR a month ago. In his earlier organization, a competency framework had been established and had yielded superior results. Mr. Rathi is surprised to find that no competency mapping exercise has ever been done at Serenity Electronics.
