Mr. Salman Khan and Mr. Irfan Khan are Directors of Sunlight Rays LLC. The company was doing well, but six months before the publishing of Financial Statement, the Accountant of the company Mr. Quasi informed the directors that the liabilities of the company are rising on the negative side and the expected income from the business would not be sufficient to meet the debts. Mr. Salman Khan tries to bribe an official as he became more worried of the state of affairs of the company and on top of that started ordering more goods on credit. After three months the company went to compulsory liquidation.
