MS Project Assignment

You are on an implementation team which has received a task order to install an MS 2019 Server. The design team has forwarded the following top level WBS to you:

Task Name

1. Plan for Project Server 2019 deployment
2. Prepare for deployment
3. Install SharePoint Server 2019
4. Install and configure Project Server 2019
5. Create the Project Web App site

Your assignment is to create a MS Project plan with the following qualities:

• Use the supplied WBS as a top level summary task structure
• A minimum of two second level tasks for each summary task
• A minimum of 25 work packages for the overall project
• Assign 4-6 resources with appropriate hourly rates for assignment to work packages
• Ensure there is no resource over allocation
• Ensure the work packages have proper durations and predecessors
• Configure the project to last a maximum of six months.
• Create a cost report for the overall project
