Semester Project $$ Phase $1$

Smalltown Clinic is a medical clinic that provides medical services to the public at large. There are five types of employees at the clinic: doctors, registered nurses, licensed nurse practitioners, medical staff and administrative staff. Each employee has the same schedule each week. The first appointment available is $8$:$00$ AM each day, the last appointment starts at $4$:$00$ PM each day. The clinic is open seven days a week.

The clinic has grown to the point where they need to computerize their operations and are looking to you to provide them with a database that will accommodate their business.

At a minimum, the clinic needs to store data for the following:

In Phase $1$ of the project, you are to complete the EERD for the clinic. It must include all the entities listed above. Primary and foreign keys must be identified. All relationships and cardinalities must be included. Include the correct data types, I do not expect that all the data types will be character datatypes.
