Much of conflict resolution is handling difficult conversations - sometimes even before an actual conflict event happens.
Question:
Much of conflict resolution is handling difficult conversations - sometimes even before an actual conflict event happens. One of the many skills you'll find beneficial is being able to facilitate discussions. You will host a facilitation event whether at work, with your family, for a community group you volunteer with, for a political group you engage with or any other group that might benefit from a facilitated discussion. You decide on how you want to coordinate this facilitation, and then lead as the facilitator (these can range from 30 minutes to sometimes 90 minutes or more). Afterwards you will write a paper reflecting on the experience.
