Multiplication Table Exercise

You are tasked to write a python program which will ask the user to enter two different numbers, then this program will call a function called multiplication$\_$table$($num$1,$ num$2)$ to print a multiplication table for those two numbers up to $10$ rows.

The output should be as follow:

Enter the first number: $3$

Enter the second number: $4$

Multiplication table for $3$ and $4$:
