Problem 2 (5 points): You are to create a small DB for a hospital. The DB should contain the information about patients and physicians. Attributes of physicians include Physician ID (the identifier), name (first and last) and specialization. Every patient has a name (first and last) and a unique patient ID. When a patient is admitted to the hospital, this patient must be assigned a physician in charge of the admission procedure. For every admission, the day and time of the admission to the hospital is stored. A physician may optionally oversee the admission procedure for any number of patients. Once admitted, a given patient must be treated by at least one physician (not necessarily the one who was in charge of the admission procedure). A particular physician may treat any number of patients, or may not treat any patients. Whenever a patient is treated by a physician, the hospital wishes to record the details of the treatment (treatment day, time, and the result)
