Write a program that uses two lists. One to store the highest temperature for each month of the year and another to store the lowest temperature for each month of the year. Output: the average high, average low, highest and lowest temperatures for the year. Include the following functions:

getData: reads and stores data in the lists

averageHigh: calculates and returns the average high temperature for the year

averageLow: calculates and returns the average low temperature for the year

indexHighTemp: returns the index of the highest temperature

indexLowTemp: returns the index of the lowest temperature
