1. Most Popular Baby Names in Tezas. Write a program (called q1.py) that counts popular baby names within a given period of time in the state of Texas. For your program, you will use the file TX19010-2016.csv, which is a CSV file of the most popular baby names in Texas between the years 1910 and 2016. The file was compiled by the Social Security Administration. Each line in the TX19010-2016.csv file has the following format: (i) the 2-digit state code (TX), (ii) gender (M - male or F- female), (iii) year of birth, (iv) baby name, and (iv) the number of occurrences of the name for that year. Fields are delimited with a comma. One version of ql.py has been provided for you. In particular, the user interface in the main() function has been written for you. The main function also reads the file and save the data ins list. See comments in the ql.py code Your program will prompt the user for a beginning and ending year to show the five most frequent baby names for a given gender.
