I want to write for a healthcare clinic.

The RFP should require the winning bidder to include$/$perform ATLEAST the following tasks and add more as needed:

Security compliance gap analysis.

Assessing the effectiveness of existing security controls.

Enterprise$-$wide security assessment.

Qualitative risk and security assessment report.

Mitigation of risks identified during the risk and security assessment.

Business Impact Analysis $($BIA$),$Business Continuity Plan $($BCP$),$and Disaster Recovery Plan $($DRP$)$requirements that meet client's needs.

Design a layered security solution to protect IT assets.

Now I just want a whole OUTLINE for my RFP following all the mandatory and best structure a RFP is written.
