My first interview would be with the customer with the complaint, Janet Hulles. Although Janet would not have any information about the fraud, her actual complaint could supply me with clues later in the investigation. My next interviewee would be Vinny Armstrong at location #0027. I would want to know if this location manager is under the same assumption of having three employees and who told him that three was the standard. After interviewing Vinny, I would go to location #0036 where the president of the company visited. I would ask Suzy, Saba, and Judy has there always been three employees at their location. I can also compare Suzy's and Vinny's statements to figure out if they were told the same thing from Danny
