1. Develop a Project Quality Management Plan (QMP) for a project to establish a new PMGT701 online or in-class course on project management fundamentals or any other project of your choice. 2. Make 6-8 PPT slides (excluding 'title' and 'thank you' slides) that could be used for the presentation of your QMP. 3. Assume that the project charter for the new course has been approved, and the preparation of a Project Management Plan is underway. You may make the required assumptions on the project constraints and other relevant areas. 4. The QMP must have all the contents specified in the QMP template. The grading of the plan will mainly focus on the contents. 5. Please do not repeat the guidance provided by the author of the template in your assignment for the plan. 6. The report will follow the standard report writing format. Attached is a template for a Project Quality Management Plan. Remember that you should not copy the guidance provided by the author exactly in your QMP. Attached is also the rubric that you will use for Group Assignment #2. Please ensure that you read it and make sure your assignment includes all parts before submitting it. The report will be submitted in a word document. Do not submit it as a PDF document. The submission file name must include the name of the submitting person and the report must follow the standard report writing format. If the formatting does not follow all or most of the standard report writing format requirements (including page numbers, fonts, spacing, paragraphing, page limits, margins, title pages or leaving blanks between paragraphs and sentences in pages) the report will not be evaluated, and will be graded zero. The assignment will be submitted in the assignment folder at the end of Module 9. Delayed submissions will not be graded and the system will not accept them. Email submissions are not acceptable
