Product-related deliverables: research reports, design documents, software code, hardware, etc. 1. Test plan: the test plan will include how the system will be tested, who will test it, the result of the testing and any issues that accrued during the testing. 2. Instructions document: it will include steps on how to use the tools implemented in the system. 3. Software code: this will be used in the test plan the system and making any necessary changes and before finalizing the project, and in case of any future updates. 4. Project benefit measurement plan: A project benefit plan will measure the financial value of the emergency response system. Project Success Criteria: our is to complete the project within 1 year for no more than $8,000,000. We must also develop a method for capturing the benefits while the emergency system is being developed and tested. Also, the project sponsor has emphasized the importance of the efficiency and Jeffectiveness of the emergency system. Several tests and trials will ensure the chance to achieve this Igoal. 3.
