My question is how often will a communication satellite needs to communicate with ground control facilities. My question is it often communicating with ground control because it is providing network coverage or does ground control facilities only mean to control the satellite itself, what would be the selection process for the ground control facility.. My second question is what would be the orbital parameters of the satellite be once it is released from the rocket, would it be random or does it depends on launch time. Finally what would be the launch constraints of the rocket system such as safety and how what would be the idea location for launch
