The data Golub consists of gene expression values of 3051 genes from 38 leukemia patients. 27 of the patients are diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and 11 of them with acute myeloid leukemia (AML).The assignment requires writing R commands to carry out the following tasks

- Determine the three genes with the largest mean expression among the ALL patients

- Determine the three genes with the largest mean expression among the AML patients

- Save the expression values of the first five genes (in the first five rows) for the AML patients in a csv file

- Save the expression values of the first five genes (first five rows) for the ALL patients in a text file

- Compute the standard deviation of the expression values on the first patient, of the 100th to 200th genes

- Compute the standard deviation of the expression values of every gene, across all patients - find the number of genes with a standard deviation greater than 1
