My question is that I hear so much about the nightmare that is insurance companies. I do not know any counselor here in Las Vegas who takes insurance and is solo. The only ones I know are those who have formed a co-op of sorts. Most of the practitioners just tell their clients to ask for reimbursements from their insurance companies. Is that an easier way to go? Is it more effective? I also know some people think that it is a sign of a good counselor is that they don't take insurance, that they have so many clients naturally that they don't need it
