My reflection on the data analysis was enlightening. I found two articles that identified credibility attributes such as trustworthiness, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. However, I found a scholarly journal that did not meet the expectations of the presented findings. I wanted to reflect in my final paper that there are studies that do not have the visual presentation and also the attributes of a solid study.

This brought a new level of understanding in reviewing and researching studies that are not complete. The ah-ha moment in this course occurred in week 5. Although I do interviews all the time, I had the opportunity to practice in a scholarly sense. I noticed that my evaluation of processing and thinking has changed. Also, the most challenging is the use of the CAQDAS tools.

I will need to conduct additional practice and familiarize myself with the systems to prepare for my own dissertation study. I have decided to practice and I will use more of the CAQDAS I took on my current process for my company. We interview resources all the time. To establish a ground for using the CAQDAS product for my dissertation study, it is important for me to understand the features and functions of the product properly.
