TABLE 2: Staff (Columns; StaffID, StaffName, StaffAddress, PhoneNumber, Salary, DateHired, Position)

Show the name, salary, and proficiency rating of the staff getting a salary of 5000 OR more than the average staff salary AND also have a proficiency rating more than or equal to the average proficiency rating.
