Mysterious Frisbee Golf

While browsing in a second$-$hand store, John found a set of seven Frisbee golf disks. Each had a number printed on them as follows: $1,5,10,50,100,500,1000.$ Intrigued, he bought them. That weekend, he started to play a game of Frisbee golf with these disks and quickly learned that these were special disks. Every time a disk was thrown, it would fly the exact distance in feet corresponding to the number printed on it$,$ and directly toward the target basket for each golf hole. So$,$ the disk labeled $1$ would fly a distance of one $(1)$ foot exactly, the disk labeled $"5$ would fly a distance of five $(5)$ feet exactly, and so on$,$ up to the disk labeled $1000$ which would fly a distance of $1000$ feet exactly.
