Step 1. Review Review the presentations and required readings for Module 1 and other research sources. Highlight or take notes on the types of leadership styles and the attributes and skills of effective leaders demonstrating this style.

Step 2. Select Select a leadership style of interest to you either from the course or outside sources.

Step 3. Research Conduct your own research on the selected leadership style, its attributes, and skills by locating, reading, and taking notes on at least two scholarly articles from the ACE library or outside sources published within the past 5 years.

Step 4. Organize and Analyze In preparation for designing your infographic, organize and analyze the information you gained in Steps 1 and 3 about the selected leadership style, attributes, and skills.

Step 5. Select Select a tool of your choice to create the infographic. You may use a tool from the Digital Tools Center linked on the Learning Objects page or another tool of your choice.

Step 6. Organize Organize the infographic using the information including:

• your selected leadership style.
• attributes of your selected leadership style.
• skills relate to your selected leadership style

Your infographic should demonstrate how your chosen leadership style manifests through the attributes and skills.

Use colors, fonts, text, and images to make your infographic informative, visually appealing, and easy-to-understand.

Step 7. Explain In one page, explain how the six attributes of successful leadership outlined in the Module 1 presentations overlap with the characteristics of your chosen leadership style. Include APA-formatted in-text citations from your research (Step 3).
