Situation:

Consider that you work for a university that is trying to improve the health and safety of

students on campus. In the Improve phase of your Lean Six Sigma project, you need to

identify ways for the University to ensure students are safe in this environment by

finding methods of to improve safety on campus. So$,$ you decide to creatively

brainstorm ideas for this scenario from a group. $($Be sure to collect some creative ideas

from others from your classmates, family and friends$).$ Then, you will use multi$-$voting

OR nominal group technique to determine the idea$($s$)/$solution$($s$)$ you will implement in

your organization to improve safety on campus.

Instructions:

Use information from your training manual in Improve Phase $$ Lessons $5-6$ to assist

you with the activities that follow. Be sure to follow the $$best practices$$ for each tool you

use in this workshop.

Activities:
