You are required to complete the following aspects: 1. Prepare a power point presentation ( Minimum of 12 slides excluding the title slide), including all the points that are required for your proposed operational plan and the new caf. This is to be presented to your trainer and should include all costs associated with it, time frames and how this operation will be implemented. 2. Within the presentation an overview of the Standard Operating Procedures which would be required to implement this operation with staff to ensure all operational and legal aspects are covered. These should also include current legislation such as WHS, food hygiene, anti- discrimination laws and sexual discrimination laws. This also needs to include any organisational policies, copyright issues etc. 3. Identify any shortfalls that may occur within the proposed plan and how these will be corrected should they arise. This could be included in the contingency plans Describe how the shortfalls will be measured also including all your KPl's and how these KPl's will be monitored. 4.
