In Delaware, you would only be allowed to make up to $30,912 (over $4000 more than allowed) to be eligible to receive Medicaid. However, I would be eligible for a subsidy and would have my pick insurance companies. Depending on the doctor or medical conditions' expectations of specialties, I can pick an insurance company and pay a small amount. Some insurance companies also include dental, hearing, vision, and preventive care (mammogram, immunizations, gynecologist, and annual check-ups)
