Need a solid, encouraging and additional comment for the following post made by Gabrielle my classmate?I believe the employees accused of sexual harassment thought they could get away with their actions due to a sense of entitlement. I feel as if they used their status within the Plaza to their advantage, which led them to act as if they could get away with their actions. Another possible reason on why they thought they could get away with it is because they felt as if they are more powerful than the women they harassed and they probably assumed the women would not report the behavior. It is crucial for organizations to take sexual harassment allegations seriously. The Plaza Hotel should have responded with greater sense of action towards this situation. They should make sure the harassers are being held responsible for their actions and being terminated if they are found guilty. The Plaza should also implement more strict measures within their organization to ensure this type of situation is avoided and never happens again. Overall, the victims of sexual harassment should be supported and provided with any resources they may need
