Within these findings only 24% of companies are satisfied with their leadership team and 83% have cut or neglected their leadership development budgets. The study also saw how the pandemic impacted front-line employees and neglected leadership teams. The study concludes that there is a need for strong leadership development as it is crucial for organization success in the post pandemic and evolving business environment. From the study I can reflect and see how it has affected my own work environment and still feel the impacts of the pandemic. I work in retail and feel that we are playing catch up with making sure we are making sales and pivoting to change. It has gotten better yet there are still many changes that are being communicated. How we can elevate the customer experience and incite them to add more to their basket. There also has been different leadership that has been rotated the past few years in which as a team
