Case Study for C4 Model

An Online supermarket is used by customers to order and deliver groceries in their

residential areas

Each New item is enlisted as a new Arrivals in the inventory and displayed to customers

in a highlighted format.

Customer is required to register for an account to access the features provided by the site

by their Name, Email, Mobile and Address. Email is delivered to the customer and one

SMS code will be sent to the customer for proper verification.

Customers can either add to the cart or Buy immediately a selected item.

Customers can check out by 2 methods, One is an upfront cash payment of all items

selected, and the Second is to put everything on a tab and pay for it at the end of the

month.

Tab service is only available to customers who have a membership and it requires their

membership id card and their CNIC.

CNIC is verified from the local country registration system (i.e. NADRA). After

verification customer is granted membership.

All data which includes inventory and Customer information is stored and retrieved from a

database.
