Need help creating WBS for 1 site only.

e are 8 routers total, 2 for each site x4 sites 1 router costs $10,000 - this cost also includes a 5-year warranty and support Note: for this project (simplicity purposes) all router activities will mirror switch activities, however timeframes are doubled for all tasks/subtasks - as seen here: Pre-ship task - To program 1 router costs 6 FTE hours from a network engineer - Subtasks include prepare, program, function/check the router (2 hr each) Pre-ship task - To do logistics/supply coordination and prep for pickup costs 8 FTE hours per routers (4 sites total) again due to old paperwork process - Subtasks: coordinate shipment + ship/paperwork (day of) - 8hrs each "To ship or deliver 1 Router costs $500, and up to 2 routers can be shipped per delivery order (at a cost total of $1000 per order of 2). This can be done by a shipping company (FedEx, UPS, etc.) for 1-week shipment timeframe. 2 Routers will go to each site and the following hours are required per router - Post-ship task - To install a router at the site requires an IT field engineer 8 hours total per router (again all tasks below are per router/device!) - Subtasks: (2 hrs each per subtask) - Receive \& unpack + prepare + program + function-check - per switch - Post-ship task - To test the router for network testing costs 4 hours IT field engineer and 4 hours network engineer per router - Subtasks: (2hrs each per subtask) Prep for test + test \& fix - Post-ship task - To test the router for cybersecurity auditing/compliance requires 4 hrs of Cybersecurity audit and test engineer aka CyAudTst and 4 hrs for network engr per router - Subtasks: (2hrs each subtask) Cyber config check + cyber audit/fix - Post-ship task: To test and bring live to validate all applications and services requires 1 business side employee BizRep and 1 network engineer each for 4 hours per router - Subtasks: (2hrs each subtask) Validate apps + validate services These tasks should best be divided by pre-shipment related tasks in a sequence, then postshipment related tasks in a sequence. This will provide some time-based order to the WBS as a sequential structure. You should end up with 6 tasks and at least 2 subtasks per item to meet the Router Install as the overall goal and milestone per site. A couple items may have as many as 3 or 4 subtasks. \begin{tabular}{|l|l|} \hline Task\# / Sub-task & \#FTE(s) Involved \\ \hline 1. Task\#1:.....
